Gymer’s Kitchen – Café New York in Amritsar is now permanently closed. It was formerly located on Ranjit Avenue, near Eldorado Restaurant, and offered vegetarian-focused fast food, healthy meals, salads, subs, and protein shakes. Popular among fitness-conscious diners, the menu combined sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein-rich options at modest prices. The ambiance was casual and health-oriented. Although it’s no longer operational, it had maintained a niche as a go‑to spot for high‑protein vegetarian meals in the city.
