Government Dental College & Hospital, Amritsar (GDC Amritsar) is a premier state-run dental institution established in 1952, affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and recognized by the Dental Council of India. It offers a 5-year BDS program with around 40–50 seats, and MDS courses in five specializations (including Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Pediatric, and Conservative Dentistry) totaling approximately 11–18 seats.
